Adding bluArc Slack Integration App to your Slack Account
Log into your Slack Account and then click the “Add to Slack” button, and follow the instructions.
Registering your bluArc Phone with your Slack Account
- After Authorizing the bluArc Slack Integration App, Type “/bluarc” (with no other parameter) in your Slack message bar.
- A dialog will prompt you for your DID (Company Telephone Number on the bluArc system), your Extension and your PIN.

- Enter the information as shown in the figure below and click the “Connect” button.

- Once successfully connected, your Slack Account Status will be integrated to your bluArc telephone, and all members of your Slack Group will be able to see when you are “Available for a call”, “Busy on the Phone”, or “Unavailable for calls”.
